They are looking for volunteers who are experienced in counselling and can be responsible for meeting with cancer patients/caregiver and children from an underprivileged background to discuss their emotional, mental or lifestyle issues. Volunteers will be required to identify needs and develop a structured programme to address those needs using creative, expressive arts therapy. Also, brainstorm with the core team to improvise and strengthen the current programme. Develop indicators to measure the success of the programme and implement the monitoring and evaluation system. Create processes and guidelines for beneficiary interaction and reporting. Liaise with doctors & hospital staff to understand their needs and feedback of the therapy sessions.

Artscape requires volunteers to assist the facilitators who will be conducting Creative Expressive Arts Therapy sessions for cancer care patients/caregiver as well as underprivileged children. Volunteer must develop a process for reporting of the sessions and execute it as well. Suggest recommendations to improve the sessions and the programme based on observation as well as participant feedback. Brainstorm with the core team to develop customised therapy programmes based on the need of the beneficiaries. Manage logistics and collect participant information.
