Bright Future is a non-profitable organization that empowers youth to make informed decisions about their career and thus enables them to transform their passion into gainful employment through life skills development, career development, mentoring support, internships and placement opportunities.

They are looking for volunteers who can conduct mock interviews for their students, giving them an opportunity to practice for an interview, gain confidence, overcome fears, receive constructive feedback for improvement. Thus, helping them to tackle real interviews well 

Volunteers will be responsible for the following:
1. To understand the background of aspirants and purpose of mock interviews
2. To prepare a list of interview questions, check for improvements with Bright Future team and practice before taking mock interviews
3. To conduct 3 interviews over a period of 3 months in a professional manner and give constructive feedback
4. To provide guidance, motivation or any help to aspirants in an area of interview-handling

2. The agenda of the visit includes interaction between employees and aspirants, understanding different processes, roles, Career options in an organization, sharing stories of employees who have struggled and climbed the organizational ladder, and lastly, a question and answer time.
