They are looking for interns to assist with the evaluation, policy making, putting systems and structures into place, etc. The role will involve researching and planning strategy for the program.
Recruitment and Selection of the right candidate:
● Understand Atma’s partner talent requirement
● Strategize and execute recruiting drives
● Develop a list of colleges that the Atma Partner should target for recruiting suitable candidates
● Conduct Screen Calls
● CV screening and personal interviews
● Review Interview questions and Update
● Conduct proper Background verification for all the employees and volunteers

HR systems and policies :
● A proper understanding of HR Policies to implement HR Audit
● Involvement of functional activities like creating an organizational structure chart with clear reporting line and to conduct a RACI for each role
● Understanding and Recreating the HR Policies and to implement it
● Develop customized professional development plans for each of the current employees
● Understanding the planning process and performance appraisal
● Develop and implement employee contracts
● Develop a leave policy, expense reimbursement policy, etc.

Manpower Planning:
• To conduct manpower planning and to maintain proper staffing levels
• Evaluation of every department in achieving organizational goals and objectives
• To estimate additional staffing needs and begin recruitment if required

JD Writing:
• Use Action words while writing roles and responsibilities in a job description
• Provide detail regarding the concerned job role
• Communicate the expectations directly to the candidate by being clear and precise
• Include competencies and skills
• Establish Company standards

Induction and Training:
• Providing the new hires with a general information about the foundation, history, objectives, mission, the vision of the organization
• The detailed presentation of the company’s policies, work rules and employee benefits
• Strategies of Orientation programme to be decided
• Understanding the training needs and assessments
• Develop a training plan and material
• Conduct the necessary training
• Supportive supervision after the training

The intern should have:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills

The role focuses on conducting the day-to-day operational management and implementation of all activities pertaining to fund development and fundraising.

Implementation:
● Research and contact potential donors
● Process incoming and prepare outgoing mail.
● Drafting, editing, and preparing grants for submission. This also includes compiling program related reports and submitting them in a timely manner.
● Take the initiative to build relationships with potential donors including individual community donors.
● Generate new ideas and business opportunities to increase fundraising and fund development to meet and exceed goals.
● Establish an ongoing fundraising program to support the work
● Research potential donors and foundations to identify and evaluate potential funding sources.
● Make initial contacts and follow-through of securing available funding along with the coordination of all optional funding opportunities.
