They are looking for volunteers who can help in providing academic support to students (studying state syllabus) from 8th, 9th and 10th, in Hindi, Kannada, Science and Social studies.

These are energetic students but doesn’t know how to channel in the right direction and not serious with their studies. A volunteer also has the responsibility to bring interest for them to study.

Hamara Footpath’s activities are directed at helping our street children, deprived of their childhood, to find love, caring, encouragement, and support in reclaiming their childhood.

They are looking for volunteers who can teach basic English and Maths at pre-primary and primary levels. The volunteer must be proficient in speaking English and Hindi and will be given trained for teaching. Activities will involve story reading, teaching the alphabet, phonics, tracing worksheets, number practice, motor skills, etc. The volunteer will have to visit any one of their centres in Parel, Grant Road or Fort for 4 hours per week on weekdays.
