1. Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

2. How long will my delivery take?
You will receive your order within 5-7 business days. We will let you know in case of any unforeseen delays.

3. Will I know who is making my products?
Yes, information about the vendor organisation is provided for each product.

4. Can you ship internationally?
At the moment we are only able to ship within India.

5. Do you charge for shipping?
No, all our products are eligible for free shipping anywhere in India.

6. Can I select Cash On Delivery option?
COD option is available on checkout at additional charges on your total bill.

7. How can I pay online?
All payments are made through Paytm gateway, or net banking. ConnectFor is not liable for any charges levied for use of the wallet or net banking services, or transactions.

8. Is the product that I see exactly what I will receive?
The product you receive will very closely resemble the one you order since each product is handmade there can be slight variations in colour or design.
