Online Youth Mentoring

Antarang Mentors of Mumbai is an excellent voluntary opportunity for experienced working professionals to provide guidance and insight to low-income youth. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with 3+ years of work experience and above to guide and inspire young aspirants ( 18-25 year old ) in their careersIt comprises of two monthly virtual meetings and bi-weekly phone calls. Mentoring pairs are matched as per gender, geography and career interest. We encourage thought and dialogue on topics such as aspirations, communication, prioritization, professionalism, work etiquette and more. We assess the growth of the students through our CareeReady Diagnostic tool that measures the student on Self Awareness, Career Awareness, and workplaceskills & ethics.Antarang Foundation envisions a world in which every young person is passionately, productively, and positively engaged in a career of their choice.
