Online Form Filling Volunteer

Volunteer Role: We are seeking dedicated and passionate volunteers to assist us in filling out online forms for NGO affiliation and transparency certification on platforms like Give India, GuideStar, and other relevant organizations. This role is crucial in ensuring that SP SS Foundation meets the criteria for affiliation and certification, allowing us to enhance our credibility and transparency. Key Responsibilities: Online Form Submission: Fill out the required forms accurately and completely on various platforms such as Give India and GuideStar. Document Preparation: Gather necessary documents and information needed for the application process. This may include financial reports, project details, and organizational documents. Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of our applications and follow up with the respective platforms to ensure the application process is moving forward. Data Entry: Maintain records of all submissions and updates in an organized manner. Research and Guidance: Stay informed about the requirements and guidelines for affiliation and transparency certification on the relevant platforms and provide guidance to the organization.
