Mentoring Volunteer

As a Lighthouse Mentor, you will guide and support students from under-resourced communities through structured mentoring sessions. You will help them identify their strengths, set goals, and build confidence and essential life skills. Volunteers commit around 3 hours per month (one in-person session and one short virtual check-in) from June to January. Your mentorship can positively influence a young person’s growth, aspirations, and future. The training will start from April and locations will be across Mumbai. You can choose a location close to your premises. Volunteering for this role will save 500Rs. for our NGO.
