Mentor Volunteer

NavGurukul is looking for Mentor Volunteers. They will use their professional experience to guide first-generation learners who are beginning their journey into the digital and professional world. This role focuses on meaningful conversations rather than formal teaching or long-term mentoring. Volunteers may share their career journey with small groups of learners, support short mentorship sprints on resumes, interviews, and workplace skills, or offer insights through a “Day in My Job” session to help learners understand real corporate roles. Volunteers may also support students who have received laptops to help them translate digital access into livelihood opportunities, contributing to a powerful digital inclusion and career readiness journey.
