Family service centre is an NGO founded in 1955, with a vision of “Empowering the family, the core unit of society, by creating an enabling and supportive environment, providing counseling & developing positive human values”. For achieving this vision the Centre strives to reach out to families in difficult circumstances through its various non institutional and community-based programs, namely Adoption, Foster Care, Sponsorship and Community Development through community outreach programs like Family Health, ANC-PNC, Self Help Group, Balwadi, Balmandal, Adolescent Group, Skills training, Study Class.
