Social Media Volunteer

Support the scaling of a high-integrity climate and livelihoods initiative by managing and strengthening digital communications across social media platforms. This role focuses on building a consistent, credible online presence that reflects real groundwork, program progress and impact across climate mitigation, agriculture and rural livelihoods. Key workstreams include: - Plan and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn aligned with program milestones and outreach priorities. - Develop clear, informative posts that translate field activities, impact updates, and program learnings into concise digital formats. - Coordinate with program, design and field teams to source visual assets for posting.

- Submit examples of prior social media work including posts, type of accounts managed or content calendars. - Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and responsibly, prioritizing accuracy and substance over engagement-driven hype. - Show comfort working with constraints including limited content inputs, evolving priorities, and audience-specific messaging. - Demonstrate interest and baseline understanding of climate change, agriculture, carbon removal or impact-driven work.
