Mentoring Volunteer

Role: Volunteer Mentor Purpose of the Role Mentors play a critical role in guiding and supporting Bright Future aspirants by sharing knowledge, career insights, and personal experiences. The goal is to help young individuals build confidence, develop professional skills, and make informed career decisions. Key Responsibilities • Provide guidance to aspirants on career development and workplace readiness • Conduct mentoring sessions (individual or group) • Support aspirants in building confidence, communication, and professional skills • Share industry insights and practical advice • Encourage goal setting and personal development • Help aspirants prepare for interviews and workplace expectations • Provide constructive feedback and motivation Commitment • Minimum commitment: 2–3 mentoring sessions per month • Each session typically lasts 60–90 minutes • Mentorship may be conducted online or at Bright Future centers Preferred Mentor Profile • Professionals with 3+ years of work experience • Passion for youth development and social impact • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to guide and motivate young aspirants • Ability to listen, encourage, and provide constructive feedback. Your time and expertise translate into a savings of nearly ₹350 per hour for the NGO.
